What was once originally zoned for industrial use only, today is home to over 15,000 residents.
 
Overall this family friendly neighborhood is well maintained, clean, and offers plenty of walking areas (specifically along Sorrento Valley Rd near highways 15, 5, and 805).
 
Interesting Fact: In 2011 the Federal Bureau of Investigation announced plans to move into a $100 million, six-story building in Sorrento Valley. The now FBI Field Office houses over 400 special agents and support staff.

Sorrento Valley is a central location in San Diego that’s surrounded by lush beautiful landscapes and offers its residents plenty of amenities with quick and easy access to much more due to its close proximity to popular areas nearby.

There are two breweries nearby that offers local something to do at night. The Coaster is close enough to take you Downtown or up North if you’re looking to experience more of San Deigo's exciting night life.
