Talmadge is a small historic and eclectic neighborhood in San Diego. It's a wonderful area that’s mellow, calm and in close proximity to great parks, restaurants and much more.
Named after the Talmadge sisters who were film stars during the 1920’s silent film era and founded in 1925.
The now eclectic and stylish community has a population of approximately 9,733.

Set between canyons to the north and west. Talmadge is a central community just minutes away from metropolitan areas like El Cajon Boulevard and Adams Avenue. Both of which offer plenty of shops, markets and food options.
